Returns Policy
We hope you’ll love your Wild Kids product — but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
If you receive damaged products
We perform a full quality check at our factory before dispatch. All soft pieces are wrapped in protective plastic to prevent dirt or moisture damage, and only products in perfect condition are handed over to our courier partners.
If your parcel appears damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately at orders@wildkids.co.za and include:

A photo of the damaged product and packaging

Your order number and delivery details
We’ll arrange for the damaged item to be returned to us. Once inspected, if we confirm the damage was not caused after delivery, we’ll gladly replace the item — or issue a full refund, if that’s your preference.
Guarantees and product dissatisfaction
If you’re not entirely happy with a product, please reach out to us at orders@wildkids.co.za and let us know why.
We’ll help organise a courier collection (note: return delivery costs will be for your account).
Once we’ve received and assessed the item, we’ll investigate the matter and determine the most suitable solution — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.
If you receive the wrong product
If you’ve received an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll review your order details to confirm what went wrong, and if it’s our mistake, we’ll immediately arrange a free collection and replacement.
We’ll cover all courier costs for the exchange.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before payment without any fees.
If you’ve already made payment but your order has not yet been dispatched, you can still cancel — just send us an email at orders@wildkids.co.za.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still cancel it, but courier costs related to the dispatch and return will be deducted from your refund.
Unwanted products
You may return an unwanted item within 5 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and undamaged

It’s returned in its original packaging, which must be undamaged and in resaleable condition
Please note:

A 20% administration fee applies to all unwanted returns to cover refund processing costs

Courier costs are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, used, or missing parts
